FOOD DESERT

A food desert is defined as a group of homes that is located at least ten miles from the closest grocery store and the residents have limited means of getting to that grocery. We take a trailer load of non-perishable foods, fresh produce when available, hygiene products and set up for the residents to come by and take items home.
